torch.frexp

torch.frexp(input, *, out=None) -> (Tensor mantissa, Tensor exponent)

將 input 分解為尾數（mantissa）和指數（exponent）張量，使得 $\text{input} = \text{mantissa} \times 2^{\text{exponent}}$.

尾數的取值範圍是開區間 (-1, 1)。

支援浮點數輸入。
